The Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) will ensure compliance with MOM requirements and Singapore WSH regulations, conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and site coordination with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proactive, safety-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Registered WSHO with MOM (Singapore) with valid certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as WSHO in Buildings and Infrastructures projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and MOM requirements.
  • Experience in Risk Assessment, safe work procedures (SWP), and safety audits.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and subcontractors.
  • Able to work independently, proactive, and safety focused.
  • Familiar with ISO 45001 / BizSAFE systems will be an added advantage.
