Day-to-day WSH coordination and safety monitoring for construction and engineering worksites.

Landspect SG provides WSH Coordinator manpower services in Singapore to support day-to-day safety coordination at construction and engineering worksites. Support may include workplace inspections, toolbox meeting coordination, PPE and housekeeping monitoring, risk-control implementation, safety observations, documentation and corrective-action follow-up.

Multiple Locations, Singapore 3-5 Years Experience Certified WSHC / Safety Coordinator

Key Scope & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily workplace inspections and continuous on-site safety monitoring.
  • Lead and coordinate daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and worker orientations.
  • Enforce frontline PPE compliance and maintain high standards of site housekeeping.
  • Implement practical risk-control measures in alignment with approved Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
  • Record safety observations, hazards, and assist in preparing statutory safety documentation.
  • Follow up on corrective actions and ensure prompt rectifications across site operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Certified WSHC / Safety Coordinator in Singapore (Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Building, Civil, or Infrastructure construction worksites.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, and Risk Assessment (RA).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills; able to work independently and proactively.
  • Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable in site supervision.
