Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer (C&S) - Singapore

Registered Resident Technical Officer (Civil & Structural) with over 5 years experience supervising and ensuring quality compliance of building and infrastructure projects in line with Singapore regulations, possessing strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution with qualifications accredited by IES/ACES and registered as Resident Technical Officer (C&S).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) overseeing C&S and/or Architectural works for building or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in the supervision, inspection, and quality assurance of C&S and Architectural works, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore Building Regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Experienced in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and details, with a proven ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and professional on-site.
  • Independent, well-organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining a positive and professional attitude on site.
