Resident Technical Officer (M&E) - Singapore

Registered Resident Technical Officer (M&E) in Singapore with 5+ years experience supervising construction projects, site inspections, and ensuring BCA compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, or an engineering qualification accredited by IES/ACES.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as M&E RTO in Buildings / Infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of M&E systems, testing & commissioning procedures, and compliance with Singapore Building Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Authority requirements.
• Familiar with interface coordination between civil, architectural, and M&E works.
• Good analytical skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and professional on-site.
• Able to work independently, well-organized, and possesses a positive and responsible work attitude.
